Deine Mission
Als Expert Clearing & Settlement bist Du ein unverzichtbarer Spezialist im Wertpapiergeschäft, der für die reibungslose Abwicklung und Kontrolle von Wertpapiertransaktionen verantwortlich ist. In dieser Position überwachst Du den gesamten Prozess vom Handel bis zur finalen Abwicklung und stellst die Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher.
Deine Hauptaufgaben
Du verantwortest die tägliche Kontrolle der Datenlieferungen der Abwicklungsbank und führst umfassende Prüfungen der Buchungsprozesse durch. Dabei analysierst Du Datensätze, gleichst Wertpapierbestände und Kontosalden ab und bearbeitest Lagerstellenwechsel.
Settlement-Prozesse
Die Bearbeitung von Stornoprozessen wie Mistrades und Orderstreichungen gehört ebenso zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet wie die Prüfung und Überwachung anstehender Kapitalmaßnahmen. Du fungierst als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für interne Geschäfts- und Fachbereiche sowie externe Dienstleister.
Risikomanagement
Du überwachst und steuerst aktiv die mit dem Clearing und Settlement verbundenen Risiken durch zeitnahe und präzise Eskalation und Lösung wichtiger Probleme. Die Implementierung effizienter Prozesse zur Risikominimierung liegt in Deiner Verantwortung.Dein Profil
- Bankausbildung/-studium und Erfahrung in der Wertpapierabwicklung
- Starkes persönliches Interesse am Wertpapiermarkt und Trading
- Ausgeprägte Servicementalität, gute Selbstorganisation und die Lust mitzugestalten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise
- sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
